At joykon.com, we want to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping policies below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options. Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed, not after the order is placed.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at joykon@outlook.com before placing your order.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your selected shipping method, the weight of your order, and your delivery address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your package's progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the tracking number.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at joykon@outlook.com with your order number, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at joykon@outlook.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to correct the address. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

8. Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our facility. This email will include your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. If you do not receive this email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

9. Customs and Duties

For international orders (if applicable), customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
