At joykon.com, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully before returning any item.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must have all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

Scarves with removed tags or signs of wear

Turbans that have been worn or washed

Sunglasses with scratched lenses or missing original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria above.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at joykon@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Wait for our return approval and instructions. We will provide you with the return shipping address and any necessary forms.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Ship the item to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at joykon@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping if applicable.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different color, size, or style, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order separately.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days from our approval notice, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at joykon@outlook.com.
